We met her accidentally in front of the entry door of a house we came to check for availability to buy. She showed the house despite her hurrying, so a few days later we make an offer. However, the house had a serious defect in the house's water system - water pressure was too low. She bargained  with owner for a week to fix it, but he rejected the requests and was ready to break the deal at all. Finally, she solve the problem with no extra money for us and met us with a wonderful and high professional "mortgage" agent. He gave us lowest rate in comparing with others, tracked and taught us about all documents, and made the process very short. All time we spent on buying the house (from visiting it first time and signing up a contract) took 1.5 month. We was really happy to work with her! -Vladimir L. We know Debbi Rivero since 1996. We met her at an open house in Elkridge, MD. She helped us to purchase our first home in Laurel, MD. I could sense that she was a real Pro even back then. She understood our needs, concerns, schools, neighborhood, price range, etc. She always told us the positives  and negatives of a property and never rushed or pressured us towards a home. Get my point!  Kudos to Debbi and Rich for surviving this roller coaster ride.  They are truly a class act.  Debbi and Rich never complained or grunted and were supportive in any decision I made.  However, it doesn’t stop here.

21. Ran into Debbi and Rich at the Walmart and was told that if I needed anything to call.
22. Received a 2001 calendar in the mail from Debbi and Rich.
23. Received postage stamps from Debbi and Rich minding me that postage was soon to be changed.
24. Received from Debbi and Rich a copy of my settlement sheet for tax time.

I don’t believe that I can stand anymore generosity from these two.  Please know that Debbi and Rich Rivero are truly my heroes and I would be honored to have them as my agents again and would readily refer them to anyone. Terrell W.
